Every appointment is a curated experience designed to enhance natural features while maintaining softness and elegance. Things to NOTE: 🩷Refrain from using any actives, AHA’s, BHA’s, Retinol, Tretinoin, and any manual or liquid exfoliants for 7 days. 🩷Deposits must be paid within 24 hours or your appointment will be cancelled 🩷Priority Appointments A limited number of priority appointments may be available outside of standard booking availability or within fully booked schedules. These appointments take away personal time and flexibility and will include an additional $30 fee. Cancellation Policy
I truly understand that unexpected things can come up, and I always do my best to be understanding.
That said, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a smooth schedule and provide the best experience for every client, the following policies are in place:
✨Client Deposits
A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required for all new clients to reserve an appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
✨Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.
✨Clients may transfer their deposit one time to a new appointment when proper notice is provided.
✨Any additional reschedules, cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of the deposit AND be charged 50% of their service total.
✨Late Arrivals
To respect the time reserved for each client, appointments arriving more than 10 minutes late may be canceled. If your appointment is canceled due to a late arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
